REFUND POLICY
TightLynx LLC reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not adhere to our company’s guidelines.
We accept returns on most new, unopened items that were not special orders within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. All items should be returned in their original packaging. Shipping costs will be covered by TightLynx LLC in the event the error is at fault. E.g. (you received an incorrect or defective item etc.).
All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any special-order items may be returned at our discretion.
We will not accept returns that are:
- Opened or used
- Missing the serial number or UPC
- Mattresses
- Cushions
- Shower chairs
- Toilet seats
- Items returned more than 14 calendar days after delivery.
Members or patients who would like to make a return or exchange must contact us by telephone or email to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any items. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
